Grazing boxes

Tuesday to Sunday. Deliveries available Tuesday to Friday, with free pick up from Mount Lawley Saturday & Sunday

Standby Espresso, 1 Raglan Road Mount Lawley. It’s a hole in the wall coffee shop with parking available. Our grazes pair perfectly with their coffee’s 😉

We deliver to most locations in metropolitan Perth. Delivery is $15 within 20km of Perth CBD.

To find out your delivery fee, simply make a test order and enter the postcode at the shipping section. From there delivery fee will calculate at the bottom of the page

Unfortunately the location is outside our delivery zone. Next best option is pick up from Standby Espresso (Mount Lawley). If you need delivery send us an email and we can send through a delivery quote 

Unfortunately we are fully booked for the day for orders, but do send us an email with the date and which graze you’d like and we’ll try and fit your order in! 

We have 2 delivery runs, mornings between 10-1pm, and afternoon 1-4pm. If you’d like it to arrive for a specific time enter it in the customer notes and we’ll work to have it delivered by then! 

For requests outside the delivery windows send us an email and we’ll work to accommodate! 

As it’s a food delivery we highly encourage someone to be present when receiving the graze.

If no one is home, orders will be left at the front door and if possible above ground in the shade. We will also contact the number of the recipient to let them know and take a picture of where it’s located. Unfortunately redelivery is not available.

We make our grazes with so much love and care so it’s important for us and you to receive it at it’s best!

Absolutely! We will deliver the graze to the concierge/reception unless arranged otherwise. 

Please include as much information as possible in the customer notes

For example: Hotels – room number and name it’s under

Hospitals – Building number, ward number and recipients full name

Sure can! Simply add in the customer notes that it’s a gated complex and provide any information for access to the door. If we can’t get in we’ll call the recipient to meet outside. 

If there isn’t a safe place to put the order we’ll take it back with us to collect from North Perth available until 6pm. 

It’s up to the customer to ensure someone is available to collect the graze, unfortunately any refunds or redelivery is unavailable.

We have contactless delivery during lockdowns & orders to quarantine hotel delivered to reception.

Homes – we will call the number on the booking form on delivery and place next to the front door. We always love to say hi and thanks! but please keep socially distanced at this time 🙂

We can cater for the following dietaries at no extra charge:

  • Nut free
  • Gluten free
  • Dairy free
  • Vegetarian
  • Vegan

Unfortunately the Pastries graze contains gluten and dairy which cannot be modified 

We have a drop down menu to select dietaries at checkout – do let us know in advance your dietaries so we can make sure to accommodate. 

Please note the kitchen we use does contain the products above and we cannot 100% guarantee there’s no cross contamination.

Absolutely. Simply enter in the customer notes what time your Nautipicnics booking is, and we’ll arrive 15 minutes prior at the jetty with your booking. 

For example: 

For weekday 10:30am & 2:30pm bookings we’ll arrive 10:15 & 2:15 respectively to the jetty

Saturday and Sunday – select pick up from Mount Lawley, enter your booking time and we’ll know to deliver the graze to the jetty

Be sure you are ready to order with the right date/info as cancelling comes at a big cost for our small business in time and food costs.

We can offer a refund for any orders up to 2 days prior to the booking date. Rescheduling the date is available with minimum 1 day notice, as we are generally in the kitchen preparing and might miss the message

In terms of covid/lockdown we can reschedule the order or provide a refund.

Grazing tables

Yes! It is a requirement for all food businesses for their kitchen to be registered with the local council and have business insurance. 

We prepare your graze in a commercial kitchen and also have our COVID-19 hygiene officer certificate. 

Be sure whoever you book your grazing table with has these certificates so they understand proper food handling procedures. 

Our prices listed on the grazing tables page include food, labour, fresh greenery decorations, hire of equipment (boards/props/cheese knives) and napkins. Travel is exclusive 

Travel is an additional $50 on all grazing tables within 25km from Perth CBD and includes next day collection of equipment

For locations outside 25km send us an enquiry and we’ll send through a custom travel quote

As much as possible! Our tables are booked on a first come first served basis, with bookings secured once deposit has been made. 

If you are just at the very early stages of planning your event do send us an email with the date you have in mind and we can check first if it’s available. 

Our customers normally book 1 – 2 months in advance, but we have some organised customers who book 6 months to a year in advance! 

Depending on the size of the grazing table, they take anywhere between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours and ready by event time.

We let you know approx what time we’ll arrive, and arrange what time next day we’ll come back to collect the equipment 

It’s very, very appreciated when we collect clean boards! However no need as we use a commercial dish washer and big sinks to wash everything! We know the hard work it is to clean it all 😂

We would recommend packing any leftovers to enjoy for another time or to throw the rest away so food is not left out overnight/long period of time. 

As we get multiple enquiries for the same date, booking you in our calender means we sometimes have to turn down other requests. We ask for a non refundable deposit as it’s security for both us and you. In the event of cancellation we have the following policy:

  • Notified 28 days (or more) prior to event date: full amount refunded
  • Notified 6-27 days prior to event date: customer receives amount as store credit
  • Notified 5 or less days prior to event: Grazing the Roof retains amount paid

Time’s are tough for everyone when a lockdown happens. In the event of a lockdown our lockdown policy comes into place and we’ll chat with you what you’d like to do regarding your event

  • Your booking can be rescheduled to a different date with aims to give priority over other bookings
  • Deposit/any amount paid can be used as credit for any of our grazing boxes
  • If the event is cancelled we send through a refund of deposit/any amount paid
