1 week before event date

Booking details are confirmed with final invoice sent through. Any changes/modifications are made and confirmed.

Event day!

We'll arrive to the location 1 - 1.5 hours before event time to begin setting everything up. All that's left to do is enjoy! We'll come back next day to pack down and collect the boards.

What do the prices above include?

Prices listed include:

⭐Equipment hire; wooden boards, props, vases etc
⭐ Fresh greenery
⭐Labour: Our experienced stylists to source, prep and bring it all together on event day.
⭐Napkins, cheese knives and paper food trays
⭐Most importantly, food!

Travel is additional which includes 2x return trips to the location (there and back on event day + next day collection)

How much is travel?

Travel is an additional $80 on all grazing tables within 20km from West Perth and includes next day collection of equipment

We will happily travel from Mindarie to Mandurah to Mundaring. For locations outside 20km send us an enquiry and we’ll send through a custom travel quote

When do you come back to collect the boards?

Our general bump out time is the day after event between 9-11am.

If it's a venue space with different bump out times please let us know so we can accommodate

After hours bump out is available (after 7pm same day) which incurs an additional fee.

Customers are welcome to return boards back to our kitchen for a reduced travel rate

I have an event in the South West Region of WA. Can you cater for this?

Absolutely! As we are a Perth, WA based business we can happily travel to areas such as Margaret River, Dunsborough and Busselton for destination events.

Starting prices apply which cover accomodation, fuel, meals and additional labour. Get in touch and we'll send through a custom quote.

How soon in advance should I book

As soon as possible! Our tables are booked on a first come first served basis, with bookings secured once deposit has been made. Bookings available for up to 1 year in advance

Our minimum turnaround time to book tables is 1 week with full payment required before event date.

*Hot Tip*

  • On average bookings are made 6 weeks in advance
  • Our peak season is August to December, if you have an event then we'd highly recommend securing your date with more than 6 weeks notice
  • If you are just at the very early stages of planning do send us an email with the date you have in mind and we can check first if it’s available
Can you hold a booking for us?

Unfortunately no, dates are only held once deposit has been made. This is security for us and for your event date and time

How long does it take to make a grazing table?

Between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on graze size. During the booking process we'll detail what time we'll arrive, how long it'll take and the time window we'll come back next day to bump out

What do I need to supply?

All we need is table space! Cheese knives and napkins are included in our tables. Cutlery packs (paper plate, fork and skewer) are available as additional

Can you make a grazing table in a hotel room?

Unfortunately we don't offer setups in hotel rooms. Next best option is any of our grazing boxes which can be delivered straight to the room. Upon booking provide as much info as possible, name + contact details and room number (if known)

Covid Policy / Government Restrictions

As this is ever changing we will be updating our procedures when it comes to restrictions for events and bookings. We’ll always communicate with you to get the most reasonable outcome for the business and customer, and manage this on a case by case basis
