Terms & Conditions - Grazing Tables
Grazing The Roof Pty Ltd may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. By paying for the deposit for a grazing table you are deemed to have understood, consented and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
Deposit
A non refundable deposit of $200 is required which secures the event date and time per event. Bookings are held for 3 days once the deposit invoice is sent, with date and time secured once paid. Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis with deposit paid. The $200 deposit forms part of the total cost quoted. Payment of deposit is security for both us and you as we may turn down other bookings requesting the same date and time. Any bookings that are not secured with this deposit are not booked in our calendar.
Please be certain on the event date and time as rescheduling does not prioritise or guarantee future date availability
Full Payment
Full payment is required 3 days before the event date in order to proceed with the booking. Grazing The Roof Pty Ltd will reconfirm the booking details and send through the balance invoice the week of the event date if not earlier. Balance payment is the full amount minus deposit paid. For weddings we will confirm the booking and send through the balance invoice 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Bookings which are less than and up to 14 days away from the event date will require full payment prior to proceeding with the booking.
Cancellations
Refund policies vary depending on the time frame before the event
- 30 days or more from event date: Cancellation and one reschedule available, any additional payments outside of deposit will be refunded.

7-30 days before event date: One reschedule available, any additional payments outside of deposit will be refunded.
- 3-7 days from event date: Rescheduling considered but not guaranteed. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be subject to partial refunds, depending on the circumstances and expenses incurred.

Within 3 days from event date: No refund is available. Consideration may be given to issuing a credit, which can be used on grazing boxes within 3 days surrounding event date.

- Rescheduling is only available given the future date and time is available
Corporate bookings:
Payment cycles outside the required due date need to be communicated to avoid late fees.
Late Payments
Payments made outside the due date may incur late fees. Failure to pay invoices within 30 days after the event may result in serious measures, including the involvement of debt collectors.
Event date/time changes
Once deposit is paid the date and time are fixed. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis
Consumption
It’s important to us that the graze is enjoyed at its highest quality and most fresh. We will communicate with the client on determining when guests will eat the graze, and work in a timely manner to adhere to food regulations. Liability for food quality is limited to a 2 hour window after setup. Failure to consume within said period is at the risk of the consumer which Grazing The Roof Pty Ltd is not liable for.
Seasonality
Food offerings are subject to availability and seasonality. Any pictures of our grazing tables are for reference only.
Weather Conditions
Grazing The Roof Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for disruptions, delays, or inability to deliver services due to adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, wind, storms, or unsafe conditions.
For outdoor events, it is the responsibility of the client to provide a suitable weather-protected alternative (such as an undercover or indoor area) that meets food safety requirements. If no suitable alternative is available, Grazing The Roof Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify the setup, delay service, or cancel the booking if conditions are deemed unsafe for food, staff, or equipment.
In the event of cancellation due to weather, refunds are not guaranteed. Where possible, a reschedule or credit may be offered at the discretion of Grazing The Roof Pty Ltd, subject to availability and costs incurred.
Allergies and dietary requirements
It is your responsibility to inform us well in advance of any dietary requirements and menu requests. While we make every effort to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible.
While we endeavour to ensure everyone is able to enjoy the graze, our foods are not prepared in an allergen free environment. Our commercial kitchen does contain milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame and occasional shellfish and fish to name a few. Guests with serious allergies must note there is always a risk of cross contamination due to the nature of how grazing tables / platter boxes are served. It is the responsibility of the consumer and not Grazing The Roof Pty Ltd to ensure the food consumed is appropriate for their individual allergies or dietary needs.
Bump out
Bump out (boards and props collection) will generally occur the following day between 9-11am unless arranged otherwise. Boards are to be wiped off from any excess foods and kept neat together ready for collection.
