Delivery - Grazing Boxes

We deliver all over Perth Metro. Delivery takes place between 9:30am-3:30pm Wednesday to Friday to Saturday and 9:30-11:30 on Sunday's. Deliveries are within a timed window, unless arranged prior. The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order and will be indicated at check-out. If delivery is unavailable to your location free pick up is available from our kitchen in West Perth. Just send us an email and we can arrange a time for collection

Unattended deliveries

When a delivery arrives and the recipient is not available to receive it, the delivery person may follow certain steps. Firstly, they will try to contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order. If the customer does not respond or is not available to receive the order promptly, the delivery person will do their best to leave the food in a safe location. This location should be out of direct sunlight and off the ground, to help protect the order from potential damage.

If delivery is left unattended we will notify the customer with the number provided with a photo of the order and where it's located. It's important to note Grazing The Roof does not offer redelivery 

It is a commitment by Grazing The Roof that all products be delivered and enjoyed at the highest quality and a decision will be made to dispose of un delivered products is at the discretion of Grazing The Roof

It's important to us the graze is enjoyed at it's best! 

Wrong Address

We deliver based on the address provided. Grazingtheroof.com doesn't not accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.

If you entered the address incorrectly please contact us as soon as possible with the correct us so we can update the booking and deliver in a timely manner

Delivery Schedule

We ensure every effort is made to deliver within the selected delivery window. Occasionally situations may arise which are out of our control and delays may occur. In the event of a delay we will contact the recipient as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.

Gift Notes: grazingtheroof.com does not take any responsibility for the content on any messages sent from a sender to a recipient. Messages are not altered or censored by grazingtheroof.com and are sent as requested by the sender.

Each grazing box is custom made and uses products which are in season and available at the time it was made. Product design, colours and flavours may vary from images supplied on our website by discretion of grazingtheroof.com

Our products are made in a kitchen which contains milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, wheat and soybeans. While we maintain a high standard of hygiene and keep our items packed separately we cannot guarantee there's no cross contamination.

 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If cancellation notice is received at less than 48 hour notice - cancellation is void.

A cancellation notice must be placed in email to saycheese@grazingtheroof.com with name and order number included.

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. In the event that the customer needs the box cancelled or re-delivered on the day of the delivery, the customer will be charged the same price for an additional box + delivery fee to be sent out.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued.
